Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be billed the total contract amount.
Cancellations must be made in writing by certified mail.
By accepting the terms and conditions of this contract, and entering your credit card information in the appropriate fields you are authorizing Limos of Miami, Inc. to charge your credit card for any of the following charges:
- deposit
- cancellation fee
- damages to the vehicle
- and all services rendered
We will calculate the exact amount of hours and charges when the trip is completed.
Terms and conditions:
I, do hereby agree to the following conditions and terms of this contract:
1-No alcoholic beverages will be allowed by anyone less than 21 years of age.
2-No weapons of any kind will be permitted in the vehicle.
3-Clients will be held financially liable for ANY AND ALL DAMAGES caused to the vehicle by vandalism, negligence or drunkenness. $ 200 fee for vomit in the limousine, $10 per broken or missing glass, $100 clean up fee for excessive matter in limousine.
4-No smoking inside vehicle, a $200 charge will be appliedif smoking. No exceptions.
5-When Minors present partition will not be closed.
6-Sunroof must stay closed while vehicle moving.
7-No illegal drugs of any kind will be allowed in the vehicle.
8-Limos of Miami will not be responsible for any lost, damage or stolen property.
9-Unruly persons will be expelled from vehicle at the driver’s discretion(No refunds)
10-Overtime will be billed in hourly increments. Customer agrees to pay any overtime charges at contracted rate.
11-Customer agrees that contracted Limousine may be substituted if limousine becomes unavailable for any reason.
12-All balances must be paid in full at the time of pick up.In the event that any of these conditions are violated, the service will be terminated immediately and all monies will be forfeited.
